RFAs, RFPs, Grants, and Proposal Requests

PURPOSE:  The New Mexico Children, Youth & Families Department, Family Services Division, is seeking responses from agencies and organizations wishing to provide a Family Resource Center in the State of New Mexico within all counties, except Valencia, Rio Arriba, Chaves, Doña Ana. There is a preference for the following counties:

• San Juan
• Lea
• Otero

New Mexico has developed the Thriving Families Plan to achieve the overarching goal of preventing and reducing child maltreatment in a way that meets the unique needs of families and communities. The strategy to achieve this goal is the development of Family Resource Centers (FRCs) which will provide a comprehensive service delivery model that yields a wrap-around case management structure inclusive of all state resources. The FRCs must be able to co-locate state resources, provide case management services to families, and support families to access services needed to support their family well-being. Services include access to primary health care, mental health services, early intervention services, home visiting services, and basic tangible needs such as food, clothing, housing, etc.

PURPOSE: The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of a full range of domestic violence services, including:

a. Services to adult and youth survivors of family violence, domestic violence, or dating violence and their dependents, including immediate shelter, supportive services, and prevention efforts.

b. Services to assist and support children exposed to domestic violence in healing from the trauma they have experienced and repair and rebuild the non-abusing/protective parent-child relationship impacted by the abuse.

c. Funding for CYFD-Approved Domestic Violence Treatment or Intervention (DVOTI) programs for perpetrators of domestic and dating violence, including women charged with domestic violence crimes (women who use force).

d. Civil and criminal legal services for survivors of family violence, domestic violence, or dating violence.

This RFP utilizes funding from the State of New Mexico, resulting in a three-year cost reimbursement contract with providers around the state. Preference will be given to applications that articulate clear strategies and experience in delivering the identified services to the targeted populations.

PURPOSE: The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish contracts through competitive negotiations for the procurement of a full range of training, technical assistance, public awareness, and community coordination services from state or tribal domestic violence coalitions with a demonstrated history of supporting domestic violence service providers in New Mexico.

This RFP utilizes funding from the State of New Mexico, resulting in a three-year cost reimbursement contract with providers around the state.

PURPOSE: The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of services to build statewide capacity for housing companion animals for victims of domestic violence by providing direct case management and supporting co-sheltering within existing domestic violence shelter programs.

This RFP utilizes funding from the State of New Mexico, resulting in a three-year cost reimbursement contract with providers around the state.

PURPOSE: The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of services to adult and youth victims of family violence, domestic violence, or dating violence and their dependents, including immediate shelter, supportive services, and prevention efforts. Awards resulting from this RFP will be cost reimbursement, following applicable federal and state guidelines. Offerors of services are encouraged to focus on discrete projects and costs to increase efficiency and minimize the administrative burden of cost reimbursement.

This RFP will prioritize programs and projects that enhance services for underserved and hard-to-reach populations, including children and their parents, survivors with cognitive and physical limitations, immigrants and refugees, men seeking services, Native Americans, the LGBTQ+ community, elders, and rural or frontier areas.
